What the calculator provides

Proper Job calculates early building budgets from the information supplied and the available country models. A price range is an estimate, not a fixed quote, tender, valuation, building contract or promise to complete work for that amount. A published example is not your project's price. A Luxury starting range is not a maximum cost.

Supported work, rates, currency, units, tax assumptions, inclusions and exclusions vary by country and project. Choosing a country of work sets the estimate's pricing context; it does not choose the law governing your consumer rights. Do not apply one country's rates to work in another.

Independent checks before committing to work

Prices and local information are budgeting aids, not construction, engineering, legal or tax advice. SR3H LTD does not inspect your site or certify drawings, ownership, permissions, safety or compliance. A checklist does not establish that a requirement applies, has been satisfied or covers everything needed for your project.

Before appointing contractors, signing a building contract or spending in reliance on a result, independently verify the scope, measurements, specifications, current local costs and applicable requirements with qualified local professionals and authorities. Obtain project-specific quotes. Land, professional fees, taxes, permits, connections, abnormal site work and other items may be outside a displayed building price; check the stated scope rather than assuming an all-in budget.

Accuracy and drawings

Estimates depend on complete and accurate inputs. Prices, availability, regulations and site conditions can change. Missing details, hidden conditions, errors and work outside the supported models can change the final cost, including taking it outside the displayed range. More information can improve the scope, but does not guarantee accuracy or a narrower range.

Drawing analysis, including analysis performed by your AI host, can miss or misread dimensions, quantities, revisions and specifications. Checked arithmetic does not certify the drawing interpretation, design or local price. Review the current source drawings and every material assumption, omission and allowance before relying on a result. An itemised output or materials schedule is not an approved design or purchase order.

Your contractors and shared results

SR3H LTD provides the calculator; it does not undertake your building work, appoint your advisers or become a party to your building contract. Contractor work and professional advice are supplied under your separate arrangements with those providers. This does not remove SR3H LTD's responsibility for its own service.

Builders must check inputs, scope, commercial settings, taxes and suitability before sharing a result. Keep the estimate notice, assumptions and exclusions with shared prices. Client responses, sliders and extras do not approve work, vary a building contract or create a revised fixed quote.

Purchases and other platforms

The building calculator is free. Optional drawing analysis on our website and apps may be a separate paid purchase; the price and included service are shown before payment. Purchasing analysis does not turn an estimate into a certified design or fixed building quote.

Stripe handles web payments, Apple handles Apple purchases and Google handles Android purchases. Applicable store terms and refund procedures also apply, without removing your statutory rights. ChatGPT and other AI hosts have their own account, attachment and usage terms. Our calculator does not control their availability or how they interpret your files.

Your legal rights, including in the United States

These service limits do not exclude or restrict liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any responsibility or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or restrict.

Consumers retain applicable mandatory guarantees, refund rights and remedies in their country, state or province. US federal and state consumer protections remain applicable where the law provides them. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive class-action or jury-trial rights, or require consumers to give up access to courts available under applicable law.

A dispute or correction request can be raised through Support. Contacting us does not prevent you from exercising your legal rights or require you to wait beyond any applicable legal deadline.

Your information and these terms

SR3H LTD owns the Proper Job software and branding. You retain your rights in the project information and drawings you supply. See the Privacy Policy for how information is handled. You can keep a copy of these terms using your browser's save or print function.

Updates are identified by the date above. We will not treat a later update as changing an earlier purchase or removing rights you already have.
