Your answers go to the pricing engine

The assistant sends structured scope inputs. Proper Job applies its pricing rules and returns a range, assumptions and pricing provenance. Comparisons use the same pricing policy. The assistant should ask for missing information and explain uncertainty.

A Guide Price is an indicative budget, not a fixed contractor quote. VAT is additional where applicable and must be confirmed.

No access to saved projects

This integration does not connect your Proper Job account. It cannot look up anyone’s projects, addresses, saved prices, commercial information or drawings. Only the outward postcode, such as BS3, is needed for location. Drawing extraction and project changes are unavailable.

Connecting an assistant

The intended MCP endpoint is https://www.proper-job.uk/api/mcp. It uses Streamable HTTP without an account sign-in. A public directory listing has not been confirmed.
